The ALLIANCE’s Carer Voices project has produced a short film to highlight the What matters to you? values of person-centred approaches, active listening and fostering meaningful conversations within health and social care and beyond.
Ward staff acted quickly to source an iPad so that an elderly patient could connect with her family and beloved pet cat. This provided some comfort despite the restrictions on visiting during the pandemic.
