“What matters to you?” – turning ideas into purposeful action, will take place later this month
A “What matters to you” online webinar is set to take place later this month.
Titled “What matters to you?” – turning ideas into purposeful action, will take place on Wednesday, 24 May 2023, running from 2-3pm.
Health and care teams across Scotland have come up with innovative ways to have “What matters to you?” conversations. These conversations are helping teams understand what’s really important to each individual, giving them the insights they need to provide good person-centred care. When we engage with individuals about their health and care decisions, it can greatly improve their wellbeing and outcomes.
Join our webinar to hear about Healthcare Improvement Scotland Community Engagement Directorate’s role in “What matters to you?”, and also to hear from a number of speakers from across Scotland talk about their own experiences of using “What matters to you?” in practice.
The event will be opened by Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s Director of Community Engagement, Clare Morrison, before Shaun Maher, Strategic Advisor for Person Centred Care and Improvement with the Scottish Government, will speak about the work of “What matters to you?”. Three guest speakers will then address the audience.
